Is this some sort of scam?

Many were Florida based scam companies that really gave the industry a black eye.

It is just a scam, they want your money, nothing more. 

Are there any real estate seminars out there that aren't a scam and are actually worth the money?

@Ray Jimenez  how much do they want up front Is it a modest fee say 300 to 600 dollars and approve you to easily.... there are many scams like this working right now.. and many post on BP market place read the caution at the top of BP market place about lending scams.. 

On a first glance, it reeks of those Nigerian scam letters and that IS NOT a good thing, especially when you are trying to break into the real estate game with a bunch of hardened players assuming everybody is trying to game them. 

I don't want to be overly cynical, but also have had my fair share of run-ins with scam artists lately. 

I googled it, and it comes up as a scam.

This is a scam.  

I would definitely want a partner to show me how to be successful in real estate but then in a huge field like this, its a lot of scam artist in real estate too so me being a newbie I pray someone will mentor me and take me under their wing and show me the ropes the right way...
