Find unique units which means either small buildings or units with a particularly unique feature like a huge private patio, exclusive rooftop access, etc.

There are lots of "infinity yes please" people out there but that assumes there's 20% annual return deals to be had all over the place with low risk.

My goals are not based around units, doors, or rooftops.

The building comes with a rooftop for the tenants and a basement floor in which we transformed into a coworking space.
