Some neighborhoods have different rules in their neighborhood plans.I covered a lot of answers on this topic on one of the Meetups that I hosted.

@Vivian Hernandez it is always the last wednesday of the month, so the january meeting will be on the 28th.I am trying to nail down a date to host the "intermediate meetup" as it is being termed.

I would attend at least 1 real estate meeting, if not at least 2 real estate meetings nearby and ask the host of that meeting for help.
