Yet, I think that nearly every interested buyer soon found the old listing with the "mold issue" soon after the first showing and sometimes before it and they all were certainly concerned about it and just my explanations (I'm the listing broker as well) of how we totally followed the mold removal instructions, how it was really two small spots (but we had no proof of that!)

Make sure to find them and get connected.Everyone is always looking for money and trying to understand how private/HML lending works so make sure to give yourself some good credibility by helping people understand those processes.Set up some keyword alerts for those topics as well as local geographic stuff so you will know when people are talking about things in your areas.
