Yet, I think that nearly every interested buyer soon found the old listing with the "mold issue" soon after the first showing and sometimes before it and they all were certainly concerned about it and just my explanations (I'm the listing broker as well) of how we totally followed the mold removal instructions, how it was really two small spots (but we had no proof of that!)
