Providing a description of each recent improvement and including the year of completion is something I usually ask for upfront, especially for a refi. 

A few points for your to consider.1) If you're looking for something like a job, you have to post under Network/Jobs to avoid this to be taken down.2) In the description you must specify your skills set and whether you're looking for paid or unpaid position

However, the description states that new siding, new roof, and windows have been updated.

For me to convert to separate legal descriptions and sell them individually at better valuations, the end-buyers of course would have to get separate loans.

Im still finalizing the entire plan which goes over details such as executive summary, marketing plan, org structure, my team, geographical area, lead generation, and more.This particular post I hope to gain insight on factors that will lead to increase growth.

All while stating in the description that the home has great upside, etc.   

Obviously from that description we know very little of the area, and really looking to meet other investors, real estate agents and other professionals.

I would personally start out on the major listing sites like Zillow, Trulia, etc. and really focus on optimizing your listing description, photos, and virtual tour. 

Meaning, Westcliff, TCU, and Fairmount all fit a "up and coming" description but those are not investor friendly neighborhoods because you will not rent them as effectively as other neighborhoods. 

After exploring a few listings you will begin to read the nice photos/descriptions more critically and hone in on what you really want/fits your goals.
