As someone mentioned above, they post to a few other outlets as well.SOME markets have a huge Craigslist following, but we've found that to be very market specific and changes drastically from market to market.Apartments.com drives a fair amount of leads.

Again its hard to see detail but that looks good.Most mistakes will be not level running across the tops of windows and being able to see the sheathing when you look at the left and right sides of windows, outdoor outlets, meter pans etc. 

I was going off an 80% LTV but I think you're right, the bank will give up to 75% instead of 80% - which barely gets my reno money out let alone the down payment out as well....

Pull an outlet and see if the wires are copper...aluminim wiring is another insurance high risk.
