There is a free website that I use to find the estimated short term rent based on Airbnb data.The same information you can get from airdna but you need to pay for that service.

If you dont want to invest in a Lane Guide list, you can also use some of the auction websites (free ones) or Foreclosure Radar they often will have lender info associated with the property/listings.
