They write books, ebooks, podcasts, blogs, and make videos to teach you everything they know and in many cases it's all free.Finding a mentor is a weird topic, no one is out there looking to teach a stranger for free.

Specifically, I recommend the e-book she offers for $5.99.

I have listened to every BP podcast from the last two years (changing the speed to 1.5x helped me breeze through that), purchased ebooks, and participated in some webinars.

My experience might not be the most accurate based on me only attending 1 meeting for each group but here they are:DFW REIA - I attended a seminar with a "complimentary" ticket about 7 months ago and the host/owner of the REIA pretty much turned it over to her husband who was pushing for everyone to sign up for the $100-$200ish weekend class where they would actually teach about RE investing.
