Has anyone ever had any success using a paid real estate coach or mentor?

I committed to it with two other accountability partners and hired a coach to make sure we stuck with it.  

So I actually booked a 30 min appointment with him initially, but saw his prices for coaching and I decided to CANCEL and confirmed my cancellation several hours ahead of time.

Charging anyone for knowledge, coaching, etc., gaining anything in direct payment for your time and not a partnership deal where you profit only from a successful deal you're a Guru.  

We also offer coaching for $3,000 a day and $2,000 a half day to learn exactly how we do everything.

There are a lot of people on these forums searching for partners, investment opportunities, mentors/coaches, etc and it's important for them to gather information before they engage in those discussions.

Now the real issue is learning the terms of the purchase contract and/or assignment agreement, that will require taking some real estate classes or finding a good mentor (I would advise staying away from "real estate coaches and/or mentors" as I haven't found one that is teaching it right).Nick

I have zero real estate experience and feel that coaching could help.

I have an experienced coach teaching me and I would like to complete my team locally.

. - A coach, set those numbers as a criteria that investors would want to see when investing their money upon purchase.
