A modeling tool can't you tell you how a house feels, smells, lays, etc. 

I was thinking about it, something doesn't smell right.

Not saying it's impossible, but you would certainly be fighting a battle, and it would be very far from guaranteed. 

Hello Everyone, I Am currently looking for a real estate agent in Battle Creek, Michigan.

So, when they say there's not much they can do to help you fight this battle, they really mean it.

And if I know what one you are talking about they have a good amount of money and that is not the first time they have done this so it will be a tough uphill battle! 

(Other then me smelling like 3 month un-washed ape and Goofy AF, rude, don't like people very much, blunt, direct, lack emotion, compassion and allergic to stupidity.... our lead generation game is off the charts.

It seems the NYC real estate landscape is heavily regulated so flipping and assigning contracts (especially in such a competitive and well-priced market) would be an uphill battle...

We always thought that the terrible smell near that trailer came from the creek beside it.

It is all about them, their needs, what  they can get and Real Estate agents,  although evil creatures that smell funny, simply gat sick of just being used.Always focus on value first and the rest falls into place.We have a pet Real estate agent.
