My question is: How do you know whether to hire a management company or whether to just gather your own vendors (cleaners, handymen, etc) I’m confident in my ability to assemble my own team but doing it all remotely scares me a bit.

Fellow BP-ers,I have a good network of single family home brokers and am currently assembling a group of multifamily brokers to work with in my area. 

Would like to attempt to do a remote fix and flip or fix and hold but need to start assembling a team and some boots on the ground.

If it was designated a "modular home", then there is no issue with financing whatsoever even though they are often built on the same assembly line.

Pretty good quality and already assembled....

Overall cost is not much less than a traditional build, its just easier when you just assemble in a remote area. 

The truth is, while turnkey real estate provides a streamlined investment process, success depends on assembling a capable local team.

I am currently working towards assembling an investment group/syndicate with some close friends.

The plans would even describe the correct wall assembly behind tubs and showers, and how to waterproof them.

Hi Steven, Thank you for the additional resources -- is it possible to assemble an entire team before purchasing a property or are members added as the home is purchased, renovated (if necessary), rented, etc.?
