You hit at a very good rule of thumb " Do not assume that because a bank will loan you money that it is a deal you should do."....that goes for a lot of things in life...cars, wedding rings, houses etc...

I usually go at least to RING and REIA but sometimes I have schedule conflicts that keep me away.

The 1st ring north suburbs have C-class scattered in.

I also have in all the properties that we manage asked owner to upgrade to smart locks as well as Ring for the front door so we can check when guest arrive (how many people they actually have) and when our cleaning crews go in etc.

They can run rings around most accountants and cost half as much.
