In need of Louisiana Contracts

Anyone from Louisiana know where I can get a purchase & sales agreement that also has the assignment agreeement option available as well. I’m a newbie in the Wholesaling game so I also wanted to know so the purchase agreement contract has to include the assignment option in it for the seller then I get another separate assignment contract for my buyer correct? If anyone has any info where I can get a cheap one or even possibly free one please let me know thank you :)
