The other two meet on the third Wednesday of each month, one has been meeting at the Manzano Mesa muticultural center at Elizabeth and Southern and the other meeting at the Unser Museum.

Hi Elizabeth, there is an excel document that someone has posted here from Boundless Financial that helps you identify whether a property meets FHA requirements.

Elizabeth,I do not know Insurance companies out there, but i would look for companies that offer Commercial Insurance for better protection maybe even go to a mortgage broker who will shop different companies for a policy.

It's funny because I'm actually looking to purchase a property in Elizabeth NJ right by the Kean University.

My wife (@Elizabeth Wilson) and I will be in the Seattle area Aug 16-20.   

I am in the same situation,  I just got a 3 family home a month  ago,  today  I went and told the tenants to move out the 3 floor,  because that is where we are moving in,  and my Attorney  told me to give them 2 month to find a place, so it doesn't  start counting  from today,  but it gonna start counting from June 1 so pretty  much the have a little more then 2 months  to find  a place so they need to be out by August 1, and by the way my 3 family  building is consider rent control, and it's located in Elizabeth nj,  I hope you find this helpful.
