Hi! My name is Ann. My interest in real estate is to learn how to invest and have some income coming in before my husband and I reach retirement age. I'm 42 so I hope it's not too late for me to learn and start investing. I don'teven know where to start so any and all good information will be helpful. Thanks!

Yay New Mexico Newbie :) We are in the same boat! It's NOT to late and it's NEVER too late to get started. That may sound obnoxious coming from me who is basically just starting out too and I'm in my 20's, but I guess I'm just a firm believer in you can do most anything you put your mind to. And that's the vibe I've gotten from all the books and podcasts I listen to as well. I've just heard a TON of success stories from even people who start "later" in life. So don't get discouraged. Just like the previous guys said, the BP podcast and books are great resources...and in consuming that content you'll be led to other books and podcasts that will help too. And as Brandon always talks about, take action. Find actionable steps that will move you toward where you want to be...

Kind of fun to write this and have it all kind of be a message to myself as well....here's to your success and ours in this journey!
