Notice to tenant to vacate

Hello Everyone,

I bought a New Jersey property  (condo) in short sale. There is a tenant in the property, her lease expires end of the month. My attorney gave her a 30 days notice. 

I am planning to occupy the property as my primary residence. Do 30 days notice good enough, or do I have to give her a 60-day notice?

Greatly appreciate if someone can give an advice.
