You should probably find yourself a good buyer's real estate agent for this, and have them set up automated MLS searches for parameters tha tfit your needs.There are many agents who specialize in selling REO properties, and you could certainly even find the websites where they have their listings (to checks out the inventory that's out there).

Although this is getting off the topic of my post, I think the writing's on the wall that eventually, all property acqusitions and sales can be executed online in automated fashion with a choice to go "full service" as with full service securities brokers vs. discount brokers.
