I dug the hole an inch or two deeper than the blocks' height, dropped the blocks in, then put enough dirt on top to level it off with the surrounding area.

how much water is backing up Lots or just a half inch... if it's just a little bit and there is no piping you could loosen up and vacuum out the dirt and rock and just put a new clean bunch of gravel in there... the big trucks you see on the road potholing  for all the fiber optic cables could vacuum out little holes that you can put fresh gravel in all of them... hopefully some of this makes sense

@ Tony H Truong  &@ Jerry StarrIn the Property Appraiser's site, always use the address listed for mailing, if different from the property address, and when you mail the envelope always write “Return Service Requested” printed 1/2 an inch above the delivery address.

Her fence is basically right on the property line so if I were to add the shadowbox fence on my side without taking down her fence I would be losing about 4 inches of driveway.
