It’s 6 cents a name/address, much cheaper if you have a monthly subscription.

As the user, all you had to do was pay the monthly subscription and work your leads.

This way you get the cheapest rates on a per hit basis and you are not tied down to any subscription fees.

I have found a few resources but they all come with a desire for my subscription.

There are a plethora of property management software subscriptions out there, RentRedi, Avail, Buildium are a few that come to mind. 

Which is a software/subscription that also has several advanced filters you can set to really hone in on the type of property(s) you're looking for.
