Hello everyone, I am rookie still learning! 
my question is when I find properties as a potential fixerupper, how do I go about looking up info of the owner or if it’s even possible! Or still the traditional way of knocking on the door or mail postcard? Thanks everyone!

Thanks everyone! I think I am getting a hang of this! Also helpful I found on forums is websites truepeoplesearch.com and fastpeoplesearch.com I looked up some properties and was able to find owner and their phone number! Although there are always other names pop up that are related to the address or the person on the address!
