Its much like when I was buying foreclosure in Orygun.. we had tight margins  and you can spin a LOT of dollars to make very little money and we were doing it for ourselves not for VC guys or investors.

Currently, banks are heavy with REO inventory and that "moratorium" they speak of is really just a political spin.

It, unfortunately, is pretty clear you have never done this before, and it seems you are to some extent spinning your wheels on what you think you are looking for and looking to do to create a resolution.
