I usually do 5 or 6 a week, and while most people think you get paid only $35-$40 for an exterior or $50-55 for an interior, I usually get around $50-$60 for exterior and $95 for interior, and while it is not the $$$ most people talk about, I find it keeps my "saw sharp" for CMA's and the extra $300-600 keeps my wife at home with the kids.

As you can see the building is pretty dated and will need a sharp look to attract potential tenant. 

Although I will say we were ranked one of the hottest RE markets in the nation.Nationally all of US has had a sharp decline in showings.

I enjoy taking tenants to court because defending small claims lawsuits makes me stay sharp because it keeps me up-to-date on laws and it forces me to make sure I have solid lease agreements and abide by the laws when dealing with tenants. 

VAs get paid by the hour and NOT by commission therefore their conversion skills will not be too sharp.

Hello @Ashton Sharp, It sounds like you certainly have the REI bug!

There is a bounty of information here and many very sharp people.My wife and I are relatively new investors.

Take a closer look through BP, definitely some very sharp examples out there.  

If sharp price rises resume here anytime soon I'll eat my hat!
