Hello BP community, I have been a semi active BP member for close to a year now and as I learn more about real estate I find myself wanting to be at my 9-5 less and less. My quality of work is suffering because I'm constantly thinking about financing and real estate deals, and etc. I'm working on getting me real estate agents license currently, but I am wondering if anyone in the Bakersfield California area might be willing to assist me with becoming or working for a lender in the mean time.
