I know this world is filled with a lot of scams and I just want to make sure that this isn't one of them.Thank you

Hey Bob,I will bet you a beer that your occupants were scammed themselves and are paying rent to someone else. 

When I became a sales agent in 1998 I knew nothing there were not as many of these programs available and I learned it all the hard way cause I thought all those programs were a scam Carlton Sheets, Ron LeGrand etc.

People go no way they want to gv money shows it is a scam.

In terms of real estate scams like coercing homeowners into signing over the deeds to shell companies, you must read the contract.

0% offers come directly from the credit card companies not through an agency, hopefully you haven't been scammed into giving your credit card information in trade for some checks that will bounce.If you can provide additional information on which credit card you are having difficulty with or in your words trying to circumvent or what your goals are I can help you.

Stay away from originators for "private" lenders, search BP for lender scams.

I have signed up for a few coaching programs (semi scams) and did not see the results that were promised and I've read that this is the place to come to network and find answers and become educated.

Is this some sort of scam?
