I've been busy and forgot to bring you all along for the ride. 

It will cover the structure from fire, wind/hail, etc.

Might be difficult and strange at first, but so was riding a bike.

We have been nervously waiting while we watch the interest rates go on a roller coaster ride, and now they have sent us an email stating that construction prices have increased dramatically, probably due to hurricane Ian and other supply chain issues, but they haven't received any specific cost increases from the builder yet so we have no idea what it will be.  

But we have hail, tornadoes, and "Snowmagetton" as we called the fun we had here in Texas last month with the extreme cold and snow.

It is certainly a roller coaster ride, but your big hitters keep you coming back for more.

2/3 of Detroit is Class C or D, where this wouldn't make sense.Class A areas maybe too expensive.Class B is where it might work, especially if you do on the "edge" of Class A area and can ride the Detroit Recovery wave to turn it into Class A.
