My girlfriend is on board with the house hacking idea of one room.

I would not personally interact with my tenants with any form of personal, financial or life training but providing them with an onboarding package of information so they can educate themselves and learn about resources sounds like a good and noble thing to do. 

Tell the contractor (to his face) that you are sending the letter to your attorney for his (or her) advice and leadership because you want your attorney to be advised and on-board.

I would get a partner or experienced investor on board unless you already do.  

It really depends on you, your resources and personality-do you like driving the car, or being a passenger? 

It has helped automate the business a little more and as more customers get on board it will Continue to do so.

it's kinda funny actually...they'll only want to hand over cash...i'd be impressed if you get everyone on board right away.it's a process for me to get al my tenants doing it
