Handling new partnership on top of existing partnership in LLC

I'm a newbie to BP community and I have a couple of rental properties in the Bay Area. Recently, my business partner and I formed an LLC for our long term real estate investment partnership together. As we evaluate new deals, we also meet new investors who want to partner with us.

My newbie question for the BP community: How would you handling new partnership when you already have a partnership entity in LLC? My business partner and I are not planning to onboard new partner to our existing LLC.

Any suggestion and thoughts are appreciated.

YinKee
