If I would have scrolled down just a bit further in the beginning, I would have seen the name and figured it out.  

I have bought and read numerous books, scrolled through and absorbed info from multiple online forums and articles, joined and interacted with multiple FB Groups, watch hundreds of hours of YouTube videos, especially BiggerPockets podcasts, and went to the local REIA to network, I even formed my own LLC!

They are another site that has free estimation (scroll down further on their page to find the link) and you can manually select which properties you want to comp to. 

They scrolled onto other pages or I would personally thank them for their defense of people like me.  

Yup, interestingly that's the one thing I like using for.However, the site is packed full with data like no other, and when I scroll down its like a data tsunami down there lol.All in all, City Data is a great site!

Scrolling through the differing dates I can see if homes move in and out of the park, I can look for other parks close by.

Those alerts can also be seen if you mouse over the "Inbox" on the upper right menu bar and scroll down.

But if email is all listed on the left and then you haveto scroll down for additional messages to appear, this is AWFUL!
