Yes, I'm a state employee and I pay into Social Security, I believe most classified staff at California Community Colleges pay into Social Security and no we are not affected by the windfall provision.

Personally as an agent, I prefer to know the price before I put myself, my staff and 5 underwriters through an hour worth of work only to find out the pricing was so good we never would have been able to hit that rate.
