I am focusing my attention on learning the multifamily investing model as I see that as something I would be good at and would enjoy doing immensely. 

It's also 85% African American, so why would the mainstream give it any positive attention besides the biased approach of not wanting it to look bad, because it is a representative of the state. 

It's helped me immensely. 

This is the field that interests me immensely.

Clearly you saw  the immense importance of doing the unpleasant to have the long term benefits of the few. 

Rental market is good, but with it being somewhat far from the city don't expect an immense amount of appreciation.
