But, I do recognize that we are a pretty well known company and I have nothing to hide so I just jump in and start talking.On your question let me say that yeah - I'd be pissed if I found that out at check out - by that point, it's too late for me to make an informed decision on whether or not to stay there.Of course, if the attendant gave me the rate and when I decided that was something I was interested in I was informed of the additional costs, well that changes the story.
