@Matt due to their hardship and compassion on my side they have legitimate reason when they paid me installment last 2 months but they do eventually pay the whole thing .

You are projecting 6,000 a year cash difference for 18,000 over 3 years then a 31k on eventual cash out.Good credit to me is worth way,way more than 50k upside over 3 years.Also your risk profile makes a difference.
