I would say get used to disappointment dealing with realtors.  

I've been looking at their properties too but I was disappointed that their tax projection was much less than the one I can find on the county website..more than $1000/year difference which will affect the return% a lot.

The numbers will never lie to you, never get it wrong, never disappoint.

I was very disappointed in having to once more tell the agent to wait another day on something I promised that would be on time.

While I was disappointed that the deal turned out the way it did, I am very happy not to have learned about this issue BEFORE making the purchase.  

I know it is always a long story but if you posted this to help others which again is so important that you do that, you must share your long story.Personally, I am truly disappointed in BP as a site becoming the "motherload" of a site where scammers can pick off unsuspecting investors.
