@Ming Wu if you're open to markets a few hours away you may want to look at Dundalk, MD which is in the metro Baltimore area.I just completed a couple of articles that highlighted other potentially compelling buy-and-hold markets. 

What is your core business and how does this fit in?

Does not seem to be the core issue.6.  

I believe the order actually compels the officers to remove their belongings.  

Is this area rural, suburban, urban core??

If you would like to network in person with other Cbus investors, you should consider coming to a COREE meeting.

It's just too far for core Bay Area jobs, overflow, and has all sorts of other issues with the city/Bankruptcy, taxes, lack of services and bad schools, etc.. 

If, on the other hand, you have a MINIMAL budget for marketing, $50 a month is chump change if it gives you several more hours a month to spend on the actual business.Spend your time on the things that make money, and outsource the things that are not your core business or competency.  

Do you use the least expensive hollow core slabs or the more expensive solid slabs and why?
