It's just too far for core Bay Area jobs, overflow, and has all sorts of other issues with the city/Bankruptcy, taxes, lack of services and bad schools, etc..

If, on the other hand, you have a MINIMAL budget for marketing, $50 a month is chump change if it gives you several more hours a month to spend on the actual business.Spend your time on the things that make money, and outsource the things that are not your core business or competency.
