These all sound like passive income deals, which would be subject to passive loss limitations. 

Having to pay a mortgage somewhere and rent somewhere else sounds incredibly stressful. 

Obviously all different types of programs.  6.375% sounded good but a shame they will not do log.

Some use mail chimp, we use GHL, but there a hundred out there and it really boils down to which one you like - I like to use the analogy of buying a car, they all do the same thing - some have more bells and whistles but all do the same thing
