I bought a cheap self assemble"armoire" that I bought at Ikea. 

They are for the most part "National Homes"  (Google it) Prefabricated sections shipped in and assembled on a slab.

I spent a year learning about division 00 and 01 specs, assembly of RFPs in accordance with client's intent,  proposal evaluations, change order management, close out documents, etc.

It was assembled at the lowest cost because no renter will complain about your paint edges being imperfect.

You need to assemble a team to give you the information you need to make informed decisions.

We ordered faucets and drain assembly.

You may have a hard time in certain metros finding a good pm or a good contractor (etc) so when you have an area you like with a full team assembled, start your search!

Thanks man.Yup - that's why I love real estate investing.One of my strengths is to identify the right people and assemble a dream team that can tackle the project at hand.

My question is: How do you know whether to hire a management company or whether to just gather your own vendors (cleaners, handymen, etc) I’m confident in my ability to assemble my own team but doing it all remotely scares me a bit.
