I had some very negative vibes, ( lol don’t bash me with the, this is discriminatory talk ) and I really didn’t know how to react, I wanted to say, I don’t feel comfortable signing a lease with you anymore but I didn’t know how to articulate the reason why... ( didn’t want to give her a reason because it is always advised NOT TO. ) - I just felt like our tenant and landlord relationship was going to have negative energy, I felt during the final walkthrough she was going to become a nuisance tenant and annoy the next door neighbors... - Have you ever declined Someone, even after approving them on the application?

I would get annoyed with any company, PM or a lawn service, that didn't have that mentality.

So I will have to say with a heavy heart that I did not fully continue and complete a lot of the podcast that I was listening to and I got up to 30 and they were talking about how uncool it is to speak of a deal from the start and that a deal is on the table and I'm looking for a partner and so on......so yeah I feel now slightly dumb and know better than to ask something like that and of course I welcome anyone and everyone to talk to me and get to know me some more such as asking about my past for being in the military or my kids or my very fat and Annoying Cat.

I get so annoyed when wholesalers advertise for you to get on their buyers list acting like they have all these properties and then when you do the only communication you get from them are articles and newsletters for months and no properties/deals.

I assume this costs money, and is likely an annoying process, so I don't want to do it if I don't have to.If we ever try to sell the house are they going to make us do this anyway since I assume both people on title are required to give their approval to sell a property.

I receive a fair number of solicitations for photography, cleaning, and other services via the platform which I find annoying and flag as spam.These days, many astute owners are putting up their own web sites for direct booking, in addition to listing on AirBnB, VRBO, etc.
