Turn the case over to a collection agency for a fee which will get a ding on their credit at least or file a writ of execution and then the sheriff gets involved   Google debt collection.  

However, to get agency debt, you will likely need to have a partner that has had prior agency debt experience.

Unfortunately, the two homes I purchased two months ago were not held by an escrow agency and do not qualify for reverse 1031.Lessons learned.

We had no clue that the owners of the home were going into foreclosure because a leasing agency were handling our business & we have paid on time & before time every month.

Anyone knows a good website to rent appartments/houses throught owners and not agencies?
