My girlfriend and I are in the process of purchasing a triplex in Minneapolis and are struggling to find a local insurance agency that will cover at a reasonable coverage/price.

I'm currently in search of a tax advisor. I live in the Twin Cities area and would prefer for my advisor to be local to the region. I would appreciate any referrals that this community could provide!!

Currently looking into various areas to invest, and all of them, (Vermont, Minneapolis and Milwaukee) all have intense winters.

And quite frankly, a few extra degrees in Minneapolis isn't got to make too many people upset.
