If none, obviously, you missed the market or the current COVID-19 has affected your ability to rent at that price.Make adjustments either by increasing amenities (for instance, adding a Dish Washer or Laundry) or by decreasing the price.When you do get applicants, you tell them that you are gathering information for now, but not a full application.

Many people come here from out of state.All but one of my longterm rentals have paid rent (at least this month).Taking this time to wash the boat and jet skiis and move the boat back down to the dock.So far so good.Seems NY and other places are leveling off as other places are getting worse.Hoping for the best.

I would think it would be better to put a lean-to type extension on the back of the house to house the water heaters, and maybe add a shared laundry room too if the duplex units do not have them already.

If your unit doesn’t have laundry you may want to consider offering them access to your laundry room if you have one.
