Ah, I'm curious how the STRs are going for you given all the regulations up there, which is a bit surprising since I feel like the Poconos is definitely more of a regional tourism area than having much of its own economy.I would absolutely be interested in a meetup.

Any reason to come to Pittsburgh (sports, tourism/hospitality, medical jobs, education) is done much better nearby (Philly, Cleveland, DMV/DC, New York, Atlantic City).

@Justin Knighten @Mitch Messer the one headache i can say about google voice is when i was using it to do cold calling so that way i knew what mode of marketing was bringing inbound calls.

It's a relationship business -- as much as one would want the broker to work hard on their behalf, I would imagine that they are receiving hundreds of inbound e-mails a week from potential buyers.

@Adam Adams - In that case, I would create an "Email" app which accepts all inbound emails for a particular, single, email address. 

The economy seems to be more diverse having a good number of military stationed there, quite  a number of hospitals, tourism, oil, gas and growing a little in technology.
