I didn’t realize this until just yesterday but I’m realizing I’m almost to the point we’re the rentals pay for all my wife’s and myself a student loans, mortgage payment and with adding one more rental we will have our car payments officially covered.

The husband has very good credit of 706, no late payments and is the primary breadwinner; his wife is a SAHM, has poor credit of 594, mostly due to late payments (some 120 days late) of student loans, some as recently as April 2018.

The reason being there are a ton of students that start school around that time in the local universities and that has carried forward to a lot of the other Boston neighborhoods.If you have colleges around you, id check to see what their cycles are.
