I think the value of a degree is threefold:One, all degrees show people that you have the diligence and dedication to sit down for 4+ years and study a specific body of knowledge. 

It has many features but the two best are that you can transfer money instantaneously between accounts globally, and you have a dedicated banking support guy contactable via email and phone (no more call center battles).

How long did it take in months/years and how much money was dedicated to marketing/lead generation etc per month?

I know I am going to need a lot of help on my journey to getting started, but I am looking forward to it.Any suggestions on where to start looking for good information, dedicated to beginner investors on this site?

You have dedicated quite some time on getting prepared, but don't let reading and education prevent you from taking action.

I am a newbie who is going into this full time with dedicated research and resources here in Tampa.Part 1I was planning on designing high-end direct mail pieces (creative, high-end, die-cut, spot UV coatings, large oversized postcards, brochures and letters).

Provide dedicated plumbing page designed by a professional engineer with current date stamp and signature or a state of Texas master plumber with name, license number, phone number, signature and date on the plans.2.

For me, it'd come down to how much of my personal time I want to dedicate to this investment versus having it on autopilot with a professional property manager - perhaps it'll be the same for you, maybe not. 

Those funds would be dedicated to sponsoring more properties and passively investing.
