Back in the 1980s and early 1990s we used to say that hardware architectures change and evolve fairly rapidly.

This protects all parties because changes can be the result of many variables (I.e. architectural design errors, unforeseen code compliance discrepancies, etc.) and can potentially result in neither the GC nor the owner footing the bill, if handled correctly.

Is the building a manufactured double-wide, or a custom design with top-tier architecture and materials?

Oh - and regarding photographers, look for photographers who do "architecture" style photography and specialize in STRs.

Some of the areas are very nice and the architecture is cool.

I come from an Information Security background in the military which taught me to think of business architecture, operational design, and security as fundamentally intertwined.

We have some contractors' information and I (a retired firefighter with a background in building construction and architectural drawings) would be general contracting it.
