Newbie from Weatherford, TX

Though I have my background in Architecture, I'm new to real estate & excited to get the ball rolling.  Currently, I'm interested in getting my real estate agent license before welcoming my 3rd - surprise ;) - child in July!  I made a hard decision & decided stay at home with my two sons (6 & 4 years old), but am anxious to get some part-time work started soon.  We need the income!  

My husband works in hotel management.  The ideas of cashflow, passive income & the idea of passing this on to our children one day are some of the many reasons we have chosen this path.  We are open to all forms of real estate investing, but currently researching buying & renting duplexes, triplexes & fourplexes.  The webinars & podcasts here have been EXTREMELY helpful.  We have also recently become members of Lifestyles Unlimited if anyone is familiar & attended one of the workshops trying to familiarize ourselves with as many strategies as possible.
