You have hit the ground running and you have been able maintain solid momentum.  

I wanted Higher cashflow and to sleep better until I got some momentum.

If the buyer back-out, that's fine, at this upward momentum market, I would re-list my property at a higher price after the back-out.

@Tatiana Duarte   I can agree with Allan Smith that no matter what you should keep the momentum going and don't let details like complex entity structuring block you from finding more deals but having done this for 25+ years it's so simple to setup a land trust and LLC that I can't fathom why anyone wouldn't do it up front.

I did relatively well in real estate in the last few years and my momentum in real estate increased my risk threshold at that time.

I am looking to really start to get some momentum in the cash flow department and these are the best I can find in my area.

Right as we were getting in the swing of things I had to go to a two month school, so that killed any momentum we had.

My biggest fear is losing momentum on my earnings/W2 to the extent that my REI growth comes to a halt. 

One of the things I've noticed about myself is that I struggle being positive (not just in real estate) and keeping momentum each day.
