I saw the massive gains of my real estate holdings in 2012-2014, and I was wondering....how long would it take me to make this kind of money if I owned 100 doors and made $100/door? 

Are these people praying for massive appreciation gains?

Inventory certainly moves slower in the winter and I do think the prices go down a little, but I don't think there's usually a massive drop.

I'm scouring the forums for any and all information that I could use to further myself in this new and massive field. i found that meet link helpful so thank you for that as well.

Those types of situations require MASSIVE time and effort to get performing again.I might buy a business myself later this year.
