Here’s how I’m currently thinking about it:The interest rate on my existing property is 3.5%, so I’d like to maintain that rate rather than refinancing the entire loan.

The second page is a page for the doctor or professional stating what the tenant is requesting and giving them a little info as to why we the landlord are asking for it. the 3rd page is the ASR with simple yes-no questions. the 4th page is the approval or denial with what information was considered as well as contact information if you want to allow the 2nd review if a larger company.  

The good news is you don't need a specialty loan for a house hack, just a traditional primary home loan.

probably a wholesale company.. get a second opinion from a local RE agent so you dont get hosed.

the insurance companies are not charities; they deserve to make reasonable profit for providing the insurance.  

I answered a question yesterday by saying "DSCR loans are like belly buttons...everybody's got one."

There was also a loan grant available from the state of NH for first time home buyers for 3% down payment assistance.
