Wow have ADUs taken off in CA recently, especially with the recent changes to legislation. 

I'd be crystal clear and certain that there will not be legislation passed to ban STRs.

We have a problem in our legal system because legislators pass laws against specific substances and they have no authority to regulate newly created substances.

It's always find it difficult to send denial notices and I do as much as possible to get them approved, but I won't violate my preset standards for approval (which were set inside legislation).In my notices, I thank them and that I'm sorry their application didn't meet all the qualifications.

This is a perfect example of how bad initial legislation required MORE bad legislation to band-aid itself.
