I have a 60' x 60' kitchen, i want frameless kitchen cabinets in maple with full wood construction, let's just go with self closing, black galaxy granite countertops, grohe faucets Bridgeford Collection, the existing floor is a simple tile, so i would need you to rip all of the flooring and cabinet, then replace the floor with only honed travertine I don't like gaps so it will have to be laser cut with 1/32" gap maximum.

By hybrid I mean, it is a manufactured home with several additions surrounding it by either a concrete foundation and wood structure or peer and beam and wood structure.

I think how that much dirt in the backyard came from excavating/leveling the home for new piers and beams last year.

While I was assured that it would be fine in the short (10+ year) term, due to Non-Standard Beam Supports, I may run into issues in the long term.  

Just doing this will laser your focus onto your goals.  

I recently bought a brand new business class Brother LED laser printer with print duty cycle listed as 2500/day, because my 2 year old generic Samsung laser printer overheated and died very quickly after attempting to print a large volume of letters at once....The reason i ask is because since buying the printer, i have started noticing that many of the big names on youtube have inkjet printers in the background and just feel like i'm going about it the wrong way for self printing. 

If it has pier and beam then it becomes a bit easier to repair the plumbing problems.
